Hot on the heels of 'Cloud Cuckoo Land' the delicious Australian white from Wild & Wilder, comes 'The Opportunist', a fruity Shiraz with strong notes of cherry, coffee and some subtle pepper in the background.The Opportunist has just landed with us and we're seeing great results when paired with a modern Thai Beef salad or even a Beef stew; the balanced weight of fruit with this wine really is a very rewarding, such a great flavour.
