Chateaux Roudier is a 30-hectare property situated in the hills of Montagne St Emilion and Saint-Georges. It is the home of Jacques Capdemourlin who also owns the two Grand Cru Classés Saint Émilion – Châteaux Balestard La Tonnelle and Cap de Mourlin. The soil is clay-chalk and the vines average 35 years old.
