Pierre-Eric Jolly, the current winemaker is the 5th generation to lead this family run champagne house. Situated in the South Eastern part of the champagne region, which is renowned for growing predominately Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine does not disappoint. Made 100% from Pinot Noir, this wine has a wonderful expression of red fruit with hints of spice, which is perfectly balanced. A great aperitif.
