Champagne Collet Brut NV, Ay, Champagne, France
This Champagne House is the oldest cooperative in the champagne region dating back to 1921, with its elegant Art Deco packaging evocative of the Belle Epoque era from when it was established. It has a lovely bright golden appearance, expressing complex aromas of brioche and fine citrus notes. Although Pinot Meunier is the dominant grape, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bring a balanced texture and great freshness to this wonderful champagne. Such an easy drinking glass of bubbly!
