Enisio Tocco has always had a passion for wine and his Abruzzo homeland coursing through his veins, and he has passed that onto his Sons, Lorenzo and Danilo and nephew Sebastano who now look after the family’s organic vineyards and olive groves in the Pescara Hills. The farm was born in 1981 and is devoted to local grapes such as Montepulciano and Paserina. This delicious wine is straw yellow with subtle pale green tones with dominant floral notes and mineral and grassy aromas. It is soft, fresh, luscious and balanced; and ideal pairing with fish and creamy cheeses.
