Sitting on the slopes of the Bottelary Hills, Stellenbosch, with panoramic views of Table Mountain, Table Bay and False Bay. This family owned estate derives its name from the Dutch "Seven Expectations” is a modern wine farm with a 300-year history. The Tine Mine White comprises of four grapes; Chenin Blanc being the dominant at 66%, with 25% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier and 4% Roussanne. This wonderfully crafted blend lends itself perfectly for barrel fermentation, so that the wine can develop over a 3 to 5-year period. Therefore, providing a ripe, exotic and spicy wine that is rich and subtly oaked. Complex aromas of dried yellow fruits with a refreshing lime and citrus finish make this a very enjoyable wine.
