£90.00

Our new mixed case including wines from Chile, France, New Zealand, Spain and South Africa.

Saint Clair, ‘Origin’ Merlot, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand 2022

A flavoursome Kiwi Merlot from Hawkes Bay by this pioneering Producer. A luscious Merlot displaying savoury aromas of olive, cedar and spice. layered with flavours of dark berried fruits and black plum through to a lightly spiced and toasty finish.

Haras de Pirque, Albaclara, Sauvignon Blanc, Maipo, Central Valley, Chile 2022

It combines perfectly with aromatic and spicy foods such as Thai food, as well as with seafood such as oysters and fresh white fish. It complements well with many appetizers and first courses: dried fruits, fresh cheeses with olive oil and fresh herbs.

Saint Clair, ‘Origin’ Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 2023

Textbook Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc from a pioneering Marlborough producer. Tropical aromas of passionfruit, guava and blackcurrant combine with nettle and subtle chalky mineral notes. The rich, full palate with grapefruit and blackcurrant leaf has herbaceous overtones and a delicate sea salt character, through to a long, mineral finish. A real crowd-pleaser.

Bodegas Ondarre Reserva, Tempranillo Blend, Rioja, Spain 2019

Leather, vanilla and spice of traditionally made Rioja enveloped in a smooth and textured palate. Balanced, with ripe, wild strawberries and integrated tannins through to a long, lingering finish.

Château de l’Aumérade, ‘Aumérade Style’, Côtes de Provence, France 2023

Pale salmon in colour, this is the quintessential Provence rosé. A refreshingly fruity bouquet leads to delicate white spice and mineral flavours on the palate and an elegant finish.

Raats Family Wines, Original Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, South Africa 2021

Bursting with fresh fruit flavours ending with zesty citrus and a long mineral finish. A very clean and satisfying hand-picked Chenin Blanc that’s very versatile with food. I especially recommend it with curry or similar spicy dishes, as well as sushi and oysters.
